Adam Bailey is a troubled young man, trapped in his mundanity. The story starts with a common therapy session. During which, both Adam and the audience are given reason to believe that this session of therapy is not all that it seems. As reality begins to blur and the story becomes more and more surreal, venturing deeper and deeper into Adams's mind. The story goes further as we come to learn Adam is haunted by an event in his childhood. What follows afterward is an exploration of mind and space, an experience of healing, faith, philosophy, and spirituality. Reality begins to break down as he begins to fall deeper and deeper into his mind. The story explores themes of traumatic childhoods, the search for meaning, love for literature, and admiring aesthetic truths about the world.
The Story comes in three short parts:
Part I: The Therapist and the Fox
Part II: Ego Death
Part III: Asteroid B-612
I have done my best to imbue this story with as much meaning, reference, connection, and allusion as I can. I hope you enjoy picking apart its subtext, as much as I enjoyed putting it all together.
