Highschool Sweethearts

Marilyn Jane Johnson is an 18-year-old high schooler. Towards the end of her last semester at Birchwood High, her friend Maya Stuart invites every year 12 to her beach house for an end-of-the-school-year party. Marilyn's hesitant because she hardly knows anyone there, but she decides to so she doesn't disappoint Maya.

Everything goes well. The cycle of ignoring everyone, drinking diet lemonade and ignoring everyone some more continues on and on until Marilyn's eyes accidentally meet Joe Stewart(the football captain every girl is obsessed with), and the cycle suddenly breaks...
