Natalia Fisher, better known as Nat, is like her twin brother Jeremiah in almost every way. Both live on the adventurous, carefree side of life, both bisexual, both willing to do anything for the other. However, Nat knows something that Jere does not. Nat knows something that she can only confide in her older brother about. Nat knows that her mom, her rock, is dying.
