Set in a fictional society called Lancaster, Rue Finnegan comes from a noble family. She holds a bitter secret when she was born. She inherited her father's charm, however it was caged inside her by her own father without knowing the real reason behind it. Thus, she will never cast nor perform it and it brought shame that made her rebellious and such a troublemaker. Despite of her temperament, she somehow knew how to fight.
While wondering around the forest where she often came by, she found an unfamiliar object--a valuable item that belongs to Lancaster Academy, a school of magic. She will be accused for stealing and will need to compensate.
