Basically the title and when I shift I will be telling stories from my drs just for fun :)
I will also be explaining the methods I use and I will also put questions that u can answer to feel closer to your dr <3
This book is pretty much just me holding myself accountable and actually trying to shift cause I've lost a lot of motivation in the past couple of years

SHIFTING WITH SCIENCE: - INTRODUCING THE DAZZLE METHOD
