[Discontinued] Justice & Crime

The city called 'Ramian', most of the people who live there has powers or magic while some doesn't have any of these.
(Known as 'Ability' in the story)
They could become The Heroes or The Vigilantes or.. The Villains.

In facts, nobody knows how some of them got the powers.
Maybe.. The Scientist will know?

Notes:
-The story are mainly focus on the protagonist, "Carson". But there's still will be some another characters's pov in this story.
-Bad grammars.
-Mostly Violence (And more, but I only have this on mind. Might be more in the future)
-Bad words / A lot of swearing.
-Most of the place & shop's name ideas are credit to my best friend, Came/Cami!!
