A royal siren killer, they call her. And a damn good one, at that. But all that's gone now as she lies on the piece of driftwood that used to be her almighty ship in the middle of nowhere, waiting for Death to claim her like it did her crewmates.

Until she sees it: a giant ship, worthy of being called a vessel of the gods - and it really does seem like a gift from the heavens, until she's dragged on, and comes face-to-face with a crew of pirates.

The very thing she has learnt to loathe from a very young age. And their feelings towards her are mutual. But as a strange phenomenon sweeps across the siren nation, something with the power to bring humanity to its knees, she has no choice but to swallow her pride and work together with these bandits to save the world.

Who knows, maybe not all pirates are as bad as she initially thought.
