Why am I surrounded by Rom-Com protagonists

Yuito Hayasaki is not a Rom-Com Protagonist. He's a background character, who has always observed the window kids and their goofy yet cute relationships. He has never been involved with any drama, In fact, most people don't realizes he exists, they only see him as a colored circle above a vertical semi oval.
