Sex, drugs, and rock n roll was never a negative things for us. It was a lifestyle, our lifestyle. Every hit song we made, album we sold, was rooted in those three things. Someone always had a joint burning, an affair hidden, and each of us loved nothing more then sitting in the studio. But even though it was our lifestyle, the reason our music exists-- that we exist, we've never told anyone about it. We kept our secrets hidden deep in our pockets and we kept them there and in our lyrics, nowhere beyond that. But I guess at some point the truth needs to be told. So that's what I'm doing. Setting the truth free. And it all begins with Harry Styles, the man who found me singing on a street corner smoking a joint.

Blue smokes was the most famous band of the 70's, rising to fame shortly after the release of their debut album. The group was an enigma to everyone between the chemistry of the lead singers Rhiannon and Harry and the rawness of their lyrics, they took over the music world before anyone even saw it coming. But the group went radio silent after their final show in 79'. None of the members spoke on why the group disappeared as fast as they had shown up. They were a mystery left unsolved. But after finding her old journals, Rhiannon Blue wanted to change that. She sat down and began to write every minute detail she could recall from those days. She's ready to tell the full story.
How she met Harry, their first every studio sessions, the first time she kissed Harry. All of it. She's just not so sure how people will react. Putting your stories into lyrics are one thing. Writing them down bluntly is an entirely different thing. This is the story of Blue Smokes. The good and the bad. This is a story about sex, drugs, and rock n' roll.
