Danielle, who like's to be called Dani, goes to her grandmother's inn for summer vacation. She goes with her mom, dad, brother Louis, and best friend Lottie. What happens after Lottie and Dani find a broken down house behind their grandmother's inn? And the worst part it, when they show anyone, it always disappears. Only Lottie and Dani have seen it, so far. Now, their family thinks their crazy! Don't matter that, the two friends dont live one night in the Inn without being disturbed, whether by an animal outside their window, or some creature in their room. But as always, when the go to show someone, the creature always disappears. Why doesnt anybody know about all this? And then it gets even worse. They find a dead body, of a little 8 year old girl, in the broken down house. Once again, when they how their family, the whole house disappears, taking the 8 year old with it. To make it even worse, someone tries to drown Lottie, in a lake by the house, even though there's no one in the lake. What can Dani and Lottie do? Can they find the clues, and do they have the courage? Or will they turn their back on this house, pretending as if they never knew it?
