The supernatural deaths aren't over, even with the Alpha gone. Maya McCall and her friends and family have more to worry about between Derek's alpha plans in building a pack, the hunters and a murderous Kanima on the loose. Their group has their work cut out for them.

Along the way with spending time with her cousin she get really close to her cousins boyfriend and best friend seeing as shes trying to protect him from her family. Though her family are hunters and easy for them for her it's a bit more difficult. Especially her mother, she hates killing the supernatural. She always feels guilty. After they catch the alpha with a few losses and people getting severely injured. Her grandfather comes to town and he's here for revenge. And that takes a turn for the worse.
