A story about a girl and her relationship with her neighbors. It follows the challenging problem faced by her city neighborhood when many loss their jobs and businesses. As the world around them seems to come closer to their reality, she distracts herself from the problems with her neighborhood group of friends full filling out their "what plan" that takes over their summer.
