after the avengers broke up, their offspring has been going through a challenging time. tony stark's son, alex stark, had been caught in an explosion. following in his father's footsteps, he used a contraption like tony's heart to keep the shrapnel out of his heart. chloe, daughter of bruce banner, had genetically inherited her own "hulk." luckily like her father, she learned to stay in control of herself. but an agency like S.H.I.E.L.D had kidnapped her and done experiments on her. sylas, son of steve rodgers, had been living with bucky and sam after everything had happened. he'd been living peacefully, until the same agency had taken both bucky and himself into captivity. after alex got his new heart, he moved to boston, massachusetts to live safely with his family and his aunt, the owner of R.E.I.G.N, an association that takes beings with unnatural power and keeps them in captivity until they blend in with the people of america. if they never do, they get executed. alex makes friends with sylas and chloe, and attempts to get them out. will these new avengers take down R.E.I.G.N and save innocent lives
