Lauren has always struggled to strike a balance between her band and her schoolwork. She wants to pursue her dream of becoming a full-time musician, but when her high school expels her for a fight she never had, she is upset, but realizes that this is a chance to achieve her dream.
Lauren comes across Victoria as she tries to get through her everyday struggles, and Victoria chooses to assist Lauren. They have an instant connection making Lauren's life better. Lauren's band begins to gain popularity, and with popularity comes more drama. Secrets get exposed, Lauren is harassed by fans, and the band as a whole is through one of its most risky situations. The band is threatened with losing their record label unless they pay a total of $30,000 and give up Lauren's girlfriend, Victoria, to an unknown person. The problem is that they have no idea if the blackmail is real or not.
What would Lauren do now knowing that everything she cared about could be taken away from her, especially when her girlfriend may be in grave danger?
