As a 14 year old, Hawaiian, brown haired and chubby girl, Malia starts settling into her new school after months of bullying at her old school, she finds herself becoming very distant from most people. finding it especially hard to make new friends and to communicate with people, but then comes along a boy in the year above her, short brown hair, tall and skinny, olive skin with freckles and a janked looking pair of sunnys he always has with him, manages to start talking to Malia, the two of them slowly getting closer and closer.
in this book you will see how the bullying at her last school effected Malia and goes quiet in depth about it. you will also see how the browned haired boy, Joel and Malia's relationship grows throughout the book.
throughout this book there will be some stuff that may be triggering for some people so i will be putting trigger warnings at the start of chapters that involve sensitive topics that may trigger some readers aswell and below here:

But his life gets a bit better once his parents old high school friends come to surprisedly visit them one rainy evening on a Saturday night in 2019, bringing along their 3 kids, Kai, the eldest and Lily and Ivy, the two younger twins always bickering whenever you set eyes on them. Although once in high school and having more friends, his life still wasn't the best as he did still struggle with his dad and those 3 boys tormenting him, as well as struggling with a few disorders - This is a book about my ocs, my two main ones being Ashton and Kai, and some other 4 main ocs, siding with others in the book. This is a romance book, mainly focusing on Ashton and Kai, but also focusing on the others in the book a bit too. This book is filled with lots of ups and downs, including sad moments, happy moments, and plenty of other moments the characters will face. Also I apologize of how horribly written this is. 15 year old girl Jackie has been bullied since the 4th grade by Jason and his group of friends, in middle school the bullying got more and more physical, at one point she ended up in the hospital.
