Tommyinnit, a 16 year old, lives with his supposed 'father'. Clay actually just kidnapped him from the top hero Angel of Death, or Phil. 

Clay was great to Tommy at first, but later became manipulative, abusive, and possessive. Tommy meets Angel of death while on a walk, bruised and beaten. Phil obviously bandages Tommy up and treats him to some food, days later finding Tommy in a dire situation. 

The next version of Tommy that Technobalde, Ares; Wilbur, Lovejoy; and Phil meet is the helpful vigilante that fights petty crimes most hero's don't pay attention to, Theseus. 

The last being their secretive and concerning assistant, Thomas. 

The sbi love all of these boys, even the vigilante. But once they see the scars on Thomas, bruises on Theseus, and flinches from Tommy will they finally make a move and see the truth behind the connection between the three?

Tommy is known in the media for having flexibility and fast movements, similar to a raccoons. His makeshift suit has raccoon ears on the hood, a black mask that goes over his eyes to resemble a raccoon, and a fluffy tail. Sure, a tail is kind of stupid considering someone could grab in to keep him from running, but it adds to his brand. And he's fast, so it doesn't matter. His weapons? A knife, and discs. No, not actual discs. These discs are sort of like Chinese throwing stars, or whatever they're called. They deal damage, and that's what matters. The heroes; Blade, Angel of Death, and Ghost; are always seeking to catch Tommy and arrest him. Tommy is just trying to help the city. He doesn't know why the heroes want him arrested. When Tommy's landlord of the apartment complex he lives in finds out that Tommy isn't actually 18, and is really 15, he calls CPS and gets Tommy taken to a foster home. Tommy can't fight crime from a foster home without the new family finding out, or can he? But what happens when Tommy finds out that his new family is actually the heroes that seek to arrest him day after day? Wilbur, Technoblade and Phil however were puzzled on how these seemingly inexperienced vigilantes kept escaping; and it has gotten to the point where they would do *anything* to get these two thorns out of their sides.
