Love. It's always hard to find....but what happens when it finds you? Alexis Peters has never been the girl that everyone desired to be. She is the girl with brains and enough good looks to not be called a nerd. Her best friend Gigi always tries to set her up, but to no prevail. She is not a big fan of love because she sees it as a one way road to heartache and pain. She also has never experienced it. So, when bad boy Markus comes along and tries to teach her something she doesn't know: how to love, she is thrown on a roller coaster to where she will find it impossible to end and hard to learn. Did you all like "The Bad Boy" book? If so, you'll love this book. Part 2 of the series. (To be honest, I wasn't thinking about writing a part two until I reread the first books and saw how it ended!) This book is mostly about Alexis's journey. Continuing the path of Alexis and Mason's relationship, discovering Alexis, and so much more. Remember Mason Steele, the bad boy? He made a bet with his friend, Blake, to fall in love & do rebellious things throughout the bet to prove his characteristics. After Alexis had a mental breakdown after finding out there was a bet happening involving her in it, she ended up ending things at a awkward place with Mason. They've been having a roller coaster relationship/friendship. Now that Alexis is recovering from her anxiety attack, Mason visits her back at her place to see if she's okay, talking to her, confessing everything about him. The conversation ends where Mason tries to ask for her to forgive him for everything that's happened but Alexis was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. Throughout this story, you'll find out about Alexis's innocence until one night. Mason was furious, angry, hurt, and betrayed. What will happen next? Will Alexis finally be with Mason? Can Alexis change Mason for the better? Will Mason want to be with Alexis after she explains herself to him? "What's your problem?" He asks darkly. "What's your problem?" I spit back. "Why do you keep following me?" He hisses. "I don't follow you!" I shout back. "Then how come where ever I go you end up going or being there?" He questions in a raised voice. "Its a coincidence." I say back in the same tone. He then moves forward towards me, and I take a step back but my back hits the brick wall. He puts his arms up his palms against the wall caging me in looking into my eyes. I won't look at him though, I look to the ground scared. "Just leave me alone...stay away." He whispers in my ear before he walks away to his car with his head down. -- When Dylan accidentally bumps into Mason in school things change. Dylan isn't scared away from him, or the rumors about him. She wonders about him, and what is up with him. When Mason decides Dylan needs to stay away from him he can't seem to keep it that way. COMPLETED (but editing) Let's talk illegal. When you think of the word illegal, you probably think Theft, Rape, Murder, But have you ever thought of street fighting? CarlyAnne Spears, or Midnight as some know her, is a nerd. She gets bullied but also gets straight A's. Her family is wealthy and Carly happens to be spoiled sick. Not that she wants to be, she hates being rich. That's where street fighting comes in. Zander Barns, or The Bar as some know him, is the bad boy of the school. Every boy wants to be him and every girl wants to date him. He uses girls like tissues, once used, they get thrown away. He owns the don't give a fuck attitude. But there is more to him than people know and to hide that side of him, he street fights. What happens when they meet? How do they meet? What extreme measures will Carly go to hide her secret?
