Have you ever read an action novel, filled with romance, drama, and adrenaline pumping scenes? Don’t you just love the rush it gives you when you read the books and you can feel them come to life? All are welcome. Nobody’s perfect so you don’t have to be a published author to join. All amateurs are welcome. Now, being an amaeur doesn’t mean your writing is bad. This just means your writing hasn’t been published and there is no pressure at being a professional. I feel that there is so much published work on Wattpad that deserves to be acknowledged but people a) Don't have the time b) Don't read new books with low reads or c) Can't find them. I've read so many undiscovered books here and I usually comment on how to improve and what is done well. I know that new stories may not be continued or people may not have confidence in themselves and sometimes I feel my comments go unnoticed. This book is the submission for the contest of Write to Rank 2021 in which every chapter represents different themes given by the contest's admins with the main genre of action. Every chapter would be a different story thus this is a book of mini stories with made-up prompts. The Write to Rank contest is held by @action ---- Chapter 1 (White Belt): 100 words of running from a crime scene. Framed or guilty? Chapter 2 (Yellow Belt): 500 words of the epic banter between good and evil. Chapter 3 (Orange Belt): 800 words of a trip gone wrong, action-packed and fast. Chapter 4 (Green Belt): 1.2k words of mystery and action mashup. Write in active voice! Chapter 5 (Blue Belt): 1.2k words of scifi and action mashup. Reaction more than telling. Chapter 6 (Purple Belt): 1.2k words of historical fiction and action mashup. Show don't tell! Chapter 7 (Brown Belt): 2k words one-shot of a clear protagonist and antagonist, cliffhanger, and the line "If we do this, there's no turning back." Chapter 8 (Red Belt): 3k words of action fanfiction from a beloved and famous fandom of either movies or games or shows. I personally chose The Last of Us. This is the second book in the Hitman series, it can be read as a standalone but you'll understand characters a bit better if you read 'Falling for a Hitman' first. Get hooked on the fast paced, heart racing action, and fall for the romance. The second I heard her say my name I knew I was in too deep. I knew I'd do everything in my power to protect her. When her ex came to town I made sure to do just that. When she finished her shower that first night in my home, I fell for her. Never in a million years did I think love at first sight existed but dammit was I wrong. I have nightmares, I ran far to get away from my ex. I never thought he would find me after I changed my name and moved 1500 miles away from my hometown. When he whispered in my ear I thought I was going to die right there in the middle of the dance floor. Luckily I had big strong tattooed arms to fall into, and I never wanted to leave that embrace. We knew nothing about the other. The deceit, the lies we've told, the demons we have both left behind. Not to mention the doubt and everything that could ruin whatever future we could possibly have. She's worth it. He's worth it.

Then the footsteps ceased. She peeked to the right, then to the left. Neither direction showed any sign of the intruder. She looked up in front of her and gasped, the glint of steel and smell of death as overwhelming as it was adrenaline inducing, exciting. "Boo." ✮ Murder, accidents, assassinations. Call it what you will, it's all the same, all has the same life breaking, mind shattering consequences - be it for the victim or the bystander. It had shaped Alex in a way no one should be. Broken down and rebuilt into the perfect soldier, one who had the power to change the world, to fight battles that would either make or break the carefully constructed vision we all live in. The only small, minute, really unimportant detail - it's pretty hard to get into a government classified site when you're 15 years old and have a rag-tag team of double-crossing back-stabbers behind you. Not to mention the threat of a world war and ghost hanging above your head. Armed with sarcasm, wit, and a hell of a lot of aggressive intentions, it won't be too long till a sticky situation is all that's ahead of you. Sometimes, running head-first into a situation isn't the best idea. Instead, you gotta play a game. A deadly game where either you have all the pieces on the board, or you have nothing.
