The scientist in this era holds more power than anyone else, that upon stumbling to a classified information, the world is yet to encounter another discovery. They discovered a way to teleport and observe the other realms near in their planet. Since this is a classified information, they needed to sent a group of capable soldiers who's trained specifically for this kind of exploration.
