Eliza's mother has decided that they are moving out of town and into a little, old house in the woods. Eliza first appears unhappy with the house's bad condition but learns to get comfortable in her new home. Although, she doesn't feel very welcomed by neither the students nor the teachers in her new school. She then discovers a secret about the house, which leads her into making a new, fascinating friend. Afterwards, strange creatures start appearing in town and in the woods. This is where Eliza's new friend helps her with keeping her home safe from these beasts. But of course, Eliza is also willing to help her new friend in return by keeping her home safe from cruelty too.
