Sebastian Lockwood is brilliant at what he does and is dedicated to his crafts. His colleagues know his worth, his parents know it, and even he knows it. But the one flaw to his character is he hasn't been a leader to himself. He's always lived up to others' expectations of him, not Sebastian's expectations of Sebastian. 10 years after his high school, college, and dead-end job, he realizes that he has never been happy doing it because he hasn't done anything for himself. Sebastian enters the IB thinking he is to venture through the world of business, and finance, though he doesn't seem all too excited about it. It may be assumed he'd limited, but the IB allowed him the freedom to express his theater side. He discovered his love for the theater, as did others in the quaint town. Unfortunately, his family still didn't allow him the freedom to pursue his dreams even after famous Broadway agents wanted to make his script global, and the 5 HL guy went on to score a perfect 45, accepted into top-tier business schools. Throughout his years of college, he meets different best friends and girlfriends that help him see he's not meant to be a broker. He's meant to follow his dreams. This is seen even after he graduates, with his coworkers. But the one flaw to his character is he hasn't been a leader to himself. He's always lived up to others' expectations of him, not Sebastian's expectations of Sebastian.
