On April 5, 2014 Joshua David Evans proposed to Colleen Ballinger and she says yes. "It was the happiest day of my life" Says Colleen. On Joshes birthday the go to dinner and then go to a bar that he set up with candles and a video. The video is Josh and he says "I know you don't like being told what to do but will you take my hand and follow me?". Then he proposes and she says "yes of course".All Rights Reserved
