"Whoa." My voice echoed throughout the area. I was standing in the middle of a huge, fancy city. Everything around me-the buildings, cars, ground-was black and white. Except for one thing: a giant building looming in front of me. I could make out a carnival in the distance, and cars were zooming past me silently, as if someone had pressed a fast-forward button. My mind was blank, so I slowly moved towards the giant building. The top was a crystal dome that sparkled and shown like a giant lightbulb. I didn't realize until later that there weren't any shadows around me. There was no reason for shadows though; there was no sun in the gray sky.

She fought, but in the end her heart won out and because she could not kill him, she simply trapped him. Forever. ____________________________________ I ran through the woods. The trees seemed to bend towards me. The farther I went, the darker the world seemed to get. The color also seemed to dim as I ran. But I didn't pay much attention to that. I finally came to a large clearing, near the center was an hourglass, it was made out of diamond. I walked up to it. It was so thick I could barley see inside, although I did see something inside. I reached out and touched the diamond, it seemed to melt away leaving glass. I then spotted a man about my age throwing fire at the walls. I screamed. Then I woke up. It was just a dream, right?
