April is Dustins older sister and she never had a problem with any of his friends. She rather got along very well with them. That changed quickly as he got into Highschool and befriended that guy Eddie Munson. They hated each other since day one and never missed an opportunity to rub it into the others face.
For her, she didn't even know why she hated him. For him, it was the friend group she hangs out with. Still after everything that has happened at Hawkins her biggest problem is, having to deny the attraction she somewhat feels towards him.
But if one thing leads to another, maybe they'll find out the other person isn't so bad.
