When it comes to organized crime and political power, the Moon and Parisi families are among the highest ranking in what is known as The Underground. 
Hyunjae is a charming yet unhinged misogynistic serial killer who's father, the head of the Moon family, is tired of cleaning up after. Khleia is everything high society expects from a woman on the surface but underneath has sadistic "hobbies" her father, the head of the Parisi family, will do anything to keep hidden. 
When Khleia's hobbies lead her to kidnapping Hyunjae to "fix" him, the two begin a toxic relationship like no other. 

*Author's note: Moon Hyunjae is loosely based off of the character Kim Gwang-il played by actor Lee Jong-Suk from the film V.I.P. (2017)
