Enya has had to fight for everything she's gotten for nearly the last decade of her life. Having to lead and conceal the existence of a Clan of children and teenagers for 8 years with the help of her siblings, she's beginning to lose the fight for their survival. Forced to seek help from the King of the North Clans, she and her clan is sent to stay under the protection of a mate who's forgotten her, a friend who can't stand her, and a second family who can't help but miss her. Her entire clan can't help but feel the impact of being so close to those they once loved, but not being able to reveal themselves. With the growing threat of the assassins who left her entire Clan orphaned, and the suspicions of the Clan taxed with protecting them, Enya has to learn to fight the temptation of being so close, yet too far from everything she has yearned for for so long.
