Untapped Potential: his greatest disappointment.
For their entire life, Reginald had preached upon preached that they all had enormous potential; Klaus got the brunt of it. Luther would get a firm slap on the back, Allison would get some definite praise, Five would be told that he was a gifted mind, Diego was told that he was getting better, Ben would get a gift, and Klaus... Klaus would get a lecture. They all got told they had potential, but Klaus was the only one who was ever told he was a disappointment because he couldn't reach it- because it was supposedly greater than he could imagine. Or~ (an exert from ch. 14) "Klaus's eyes went a bright- electric blue as he raised from his seat, his chest struggling forward and his arms spread wide as his body was wracked with tremors.
