Tommy, an Avian of the most pristine heritage (not,) happens to live in a small apartment with two other hybrids of most pristine heritages (yeah right,) and, they might, perhaps, take up vigilantism on the side.
So what, there's only so much you can do to help the most rundown district in all of D'esempi. Shit. There's an intern spot open under the SBI at the world renowned Three Lives hero agency, don't get caught?
Or, Tommy is a tad bit too endearing to not catch the eye of the top superheroes, plus he's an avian, how many of those are around nowadays? Not alot.
Or or, SBI adopts Tommyinnit and they're superheroes, also Phil and Tommy have fucking wings!

Tommy was tired and wet, and every second he felt a new wave of pain from his right front paw. He was tempted to just lay down on the ground and give up. But the house and the warm, yellow light from the windows made him keep going, despite his hopeless situation. Tommy 'Innit' wasn't shocked when he one day discovered that he was a shapeshifter, but kept it secret from the rest off the world, since hybrids and magical creatures often got bullied at the orphanage, where Tommy grew up. Soon, Tommy realized that he could use his new power to run away from his life as an orphan. He bought a backpack, stole some money and food, before leaving, hopefully for good. Now, Tommy has lived in the wild for almost two months, and things have started to go downhill - fast. It's autumn, Tommy is injured and no one seems to be nearby to help him. But the light in front of Tommy kept him going towards he house. If only he could get inside... ------------------------------- Ayup! Grian always bursts into their little, cozy attic right before things can go terribly wrong. Like that one time Ranboo had wanted to cook dinner. Tommy is pretty sure Grian had been asleep at the time of the occasion, judging by how messed up his blond hair was, yet he ran up two floors -four sets of stairs, fifteen steps each- and then burst through the door with a shout of "NO, DON'T DO IT!!!". It had been an eventful night that one, ending with a scolding and a very much grounded Ranboo. Which is weird, because Grian isn't Ranboo's parent, he is just their neighbor. And, at this point, it's just the norm for Grian to know what they are up to. The trio's theory is that the avian has a sixth sense or something. "Oh, hey Tommy and Tubbo!" Grian greets as he bends to pick up the fallen, heavy-looking boxes. "You're looking chipper today. Work went well, I'm guessing?" "Oh, Hell yeah! We mugged a guy!" When there is a society that is practically run by crime with high scale criminal groups and prominent business men are often the ones behind it, what better way to try and get rid of these high level of 'criminals' than raising a set of unfortunate and underprivileged individuals as trained 'cleaners' to get rid of them. Fight fire with fire right? Use a thief to catch a thief? Reel them in with baits? Put these cleaner in important government jobs as covers for example the police officers?Terminé

Not only do you have the law after you, you also have both heroes and villains after your ass. Tommy doesn't know which one he hates more.
