A Statement of Purpose is an extended dissertation required by universities abroad during the application process. An SOP is an essay, which states the purpose of applying to a specific university in a particular course. This essay includes talking about who you are, who you want to be, and how prepared you are to pursue a particular course at an institution. This document attempts to understand the life, motives and goals of the candidate's chosen career path..
A well written SOP is extremely important for your admission. There are many aspects to a candidate's application which they inspect before finalizing their decision.
While academic records, Resume and backlog certificates are objective, an SOP is the only subjective aspect of your application.
