Mercedes "Mercy" Ferris is a girl from a broken home. When an infamous assassin takes her in, she can't agree fast enough to become Switchblade, a diligent assassin for the Light, working side-by-side with her mentor Lady Shiva and her colleague Deathstroke, to ensure everything goes according to plan.
When she is assigned a certain bubbly speedster, she thinks that it's just another job and another way to prove herself to the Light. Immediately after meeting him, she realizes something is off about her prey. Something inside of her changes. Something bad.
