Rights to Maleficent, Aurora, Stefan and the three good fairies, as well as the christening speech, go to Disney. The plot from 'Friends?' to the end is also Disney's. The content of the exams, the schools and Nanny belong to Serena Valentino. The spells are from Harry Potter and belong to J.K. Rowling (mainly. if you don't recognise any, I probably made them up).
