Thought Boxing is a method to regulate your thoughts, organize your goals, and put yourself in a stoic and disciplined state to live your dream life.
I've come up with the concept of thought boxing, which helps you regulate your emotions and thoughts for you to have a clear mind, defined intentions, discipline, focus, control over your emotions and habits, and be in a stoic and grounded state. This practice seeks to break the invisible barrier that you mentally set between your current state and the state that you want to ideally be in, from your current habits to the habits that you want to have, from your current actions and activities in life to those that you want to be doing.
This practice requires writing thoughts and reasoning down as well as constant meditation of your identity throughout the process. What is written on paper is simply the train of thoughts that occurs during your meditative thinking.
The practice consists of putting your thoughts into boxes and analyzing each box and each thought in each box to the core. If something feels vague, it's because it isn't analyzed deep enough. Each box has a ranked priority. Each box might be related to other boxes. Each box represents aspects or elements of your life that have a significant weight on you, whether it is physical, emotional, or mental. The boxes are directly related to how you are treating your own purpose, goals, and happiness. I will describe what fully defines an individual box, how boxes interact with other boxes, and a step-by-step guide to concretely apply thought boxing practice.
