There was a dark old forest, but what some people didn't know was that there is an old rusty creaky house hidden in it. Whenever anyone would go by it you could feel a presence in the house, but it had been abandoned for cenichares. Sometimes, you could even see someone behind the shattered windows just staring at you. In front of the house everything was overgrown because no one wants to go near that old place. Crows are always around the house and the skies are never clear. It is always cold when you go remotely near it, even in the summer. Wind chimes can be heard if you go too close but when you don't hear them, there is something very wrong and you should get out IMMEDIATELY!

When you're little you're surrounded by people that you're supposed to trust and feel safe with. With a burning feeling
For one to inhabit oddities that are truly beyond normalcy, the town has been surprisingly peaceful for many centuries. However, behind the tranquility that seemed to encase the place, there lie intense rules that are forever ingrained by all townsfolk within their hearts and mind. Though it is not the town itself that was odd; but the territory just next to them. Vast and eerie, full of creatures of the unknown, and home to a being so powerful who was feared by all and remembered even by the youngest of children there was. The forest is not to be disturbed. The rules were simple. No one is to be allowed to enter, even taking a daring mere inch of a step, in the forest. NO. ENTRY. This is what has been placed when people take sightings of the large and wide forest. A warning that implies extreme danger due to the number of signs there are in one area. For there is a creature that lies beyond the forest. So dangerous and so terrifying, it could scorch the world with its flames. It's not a dragon. It's not a beastly monster. Not even a giant or a devil. But a god. A sun god. And the sun god's abode was the forest. And he is there for a reason.Complete

Some monsters want to offer you a deal, and some, well, some just might end up your best friend. Others, they just want to eat you. BOOK ONE: Having enough courage to run through the woods and away from the people who convinced me they were saving me was not how I believed I'd spend my day. Yet, there I went escaping from the only place I knew existed in the world. Being held captive was too much for me, especially when these people wouldn't tell me who they were or even who I was. The first moment in my life I recall very clearly. I awoke in a dark room, with recollection of everything that happened in the world except for one thing. I had no memory of myself existing, I didn't know where I was or why these men kept me from leaving. Days after I first woke I asked plenty of questions, and yet none of them were answered. The only thing I learned was that I was not allowed outside because the woods heald the most powerful magic on the planet, the most dangerous magic. It was more than just bad men and curiosity about the forest that got me to leave, it was a pull towards something; towards magic. Once I was in the forest turning back was never an option, so I put it in my head that I'd keep walking until I found a civilization or a nice paved road that would lead to safety. But that never happened because the forest has a force living through it. Believing that the forest held something strange was the easy part but experiencing it myself was something totally different. I didn't expect anything normal but I didn't expect to be completly engulfed into the forest. I was led by an unknown presence that made me truly believe it was a living being, and in fact it is. I was innocent then, but now I know that anything can be hidden under a small platform in the woods with a secret bigger than the world itself. I was given life that day, until it all ended months later; the day I took my last breath.Complete
Fire Fox
It's dangerous to leave fire going while leaving camp. But some people just don't care, why come camp out in the woods in the first place? Whatever the answer is, I hope you're happy. A mystical forest is said to hold spirits of the ancient animals that once lived there, many creatures roam the forest. Some humans wish to see said beings, though they never are able to. Said for one family who decided to try and ended up with nothing, they didn't think about putting out their campfire. A young fox happened to roam where they had just left, seeing the red and orange flames dance in the blackened wood. It got closer and closer, not knowing the dangers. A simple pop and the poor baby fox's fur was set to flames, or ran frantically to get them to go away, but its efforts weren't enough, it simply burned to death, turning into ashes. It's soup now roams the forest, its body made entirely of flames, see as its journey takes him much farther than anticipated. What will come of this young fox? Will it accept its knew life or become impure like the Unrien, darkened souls that leak dangers during the night.Complete
The Neighbour's House
My neighbour's house is normal. There are two stories, stairs, and a tiny porch. A red door, and many windows with pretty crimson shutters. My neighbour's house is normal. The lights are on when they need to be, and off when they don't. The grass is mown, and there are sometimes cars in the driveway. My neighbour's house is normal. Sometimes I can see into some of the rooms. Always when I'm not really trying. The rooms are nice, with a warm colour scheme and polished wooden furniture. There is one room that is entirely white. A bare bulb swings from the ceiling. From the outside, I can see no furniture. The walls are old and stained.. There are no shutters on that window. My neighbour's house is normal. I see them sometimes. They're gone most of the day. We wave when we see each other, coming or going. Those two seem nice. Didn't they used to have a son about my age? My neighbour's house is normal. They turn off their lights about the same time we do. Except in that one room. The lights in the white room stay on late each night. I tried to watch them, once, to see how late they stayed on. I fell asleep. When I woke up, they were already off. My neighbour's house is normal. Sometimes I hear sounds from the house. Almost like muffled screams. Everyone gets night terrors, it's common knowledge that, at night, everything can sound scary. My neighbour's house is normal. Except when it isn't.Complete
