Victoria has lived in Hawkins her whole life. She's from one of the more wealthier families in town, which still isn't a lot, but enough to live comfortably. Of course, Gareth Emerson hates this about her. He never gave her a chance and just assumed she was stuck up and rude, which is actually far from the truth.
