The Summer I Surfed

Vera came from a middle-class family. She had four siblings and they drove her crazy. She was the babysitter, the cook, the cleaner, everything. She had no childhood because her parents were constantly at work. She loved them, but it was difficult to live her life.

That is until she got accepted into one of the most prestigious highschools. Vera's extremely wealthy aunt was ecstatic and invited her to come live at her house.

Vera's extremely excited and can not wait to see what the future has in store for her, the summer before her second year in high school.<3
