Gustavo de Arístegui is a former Spanish diplomat and Member of Parliament. In addition to postings in Iraq, Libya and Jordan, he served as Spain's Ambassador to India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and the Maldives. While speaking in the Onda Madrid program 'Facing the world', Gustavo de Arístegui points out that the Moroccan autonomy plan is not at all at odds with the UN resolutions.
