This is a Naruhina story that takes place right after the pain attack and continues all the way until they're young adults.

Naruto realizes his feelings for Hinata as he spends more time with her but puts them aside. War being right around the corner, he couldn't help but grimace at his decision to confess to her when it was announced and didn't think it was appropriate when everyone is so stressed about it. 

Naruto does not remember that Hinata confessed to him at all. Childhood traumas further prevent him from expressing his feelings.

Hinata, meanwhile is saddened that Naruto doesn't remember her confession but decides to not bring it up. Protecting herself from further embarrassment. When the war was announced she distracted herself by getting stronger. She wanted to improve herself.

A/N: I'm going to boost most of the characters skill sets and flesh out their potential that was wasted in the series. Did the whole cast dirty imo. The story will be edited/fixed after completion.

P.S. Naruto will not be Ashura's reincarnation. However Sasuke will still be Indra if that makes sense? Naruhina will be reincarnations. (obviously)

And just like that, they were gone. Hinata sighed, "I miss them already." Sasuke enveloped her in a hug, "I'm going to miss those brats too." Hinata bit her lower lip. She pecked his cheek and took a hold of his hand. She silently led him inside the house and up to his room. "What are you doing?" "I miss them so much," Hinata said as she shut his bedroom door. "As do I but they had to go back to their own time," an oblivious Sasuke said, "We can't do anything but wait now. What are you doing?" Hinata let go of him and bravely took off her shirt, "W-w-we should get started on them as soon as possible then." Sasuke gulped as Hinata shyly stripped herself. Her hips swayed as she made her way to his bed. Sasuke couldn't help but lick his lips. He pulled off his shirt and threw it across the room. Sasuke rushed over to Hinata's side, admiring her voluptuous figure. He really was in love with his future wife. He began to place kisses across her jaw, "I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you." Life is an odd creature. Sometimes the expected turns out to be unexpected, and other times it's the other way around. When you add two time travelers from the future, a former avenger, and a princess of compassion, playing with timelines might turn perilous. He would never expect her to be his future, and she would never expect him to be hers. Maybe they're not meant to be together, but maybe they are. Perhaps they only need to be prodded.
