What began as a childhood frustration and what James calls ‘a low tolerance for not being in control of my own life’ James Rick Stinson founder of Full Potential.com and the Full Potential Academy began with a simple mission: to have more good days than bad days.

So I began a simple experiment – I hung up a big wall calendar and started marking ‘B’ for bad days and ‘G’ for good days. Then I would list a few key things I thought had the most to do with the kind of day it was.

At first I thought it was things like the kind of shirt I wore or the way I did my hair. (I was probably 13 when this began) but over time I began to realize that none of those things really mattered, in fact I realized that I controlled almost everything there was about having a good day, beginning with how I looked at it!

Over time this awareness about my own power would evolve into a philosophy and best practices that now touches on every aspect of what it means to live a Full Potential life and empower yourself with everything from higher energy, to financial freedom, to more fulfilling relationships and living life at a level 10 in all 7 of the major life areas (physical, mental, spiritual, social, emotional, financial, and environment).

As you can imagine I go into quite a bit of detail on what the best practices are for making the most of life.. And I have simplified the philosophy into three key results: mindset, mastery and momentum.
