Straight to the guillotine (OC x Arrowverse)

I wanted to try something new so I did this. Don't be hateful if you don't like this story because this is my first out of anime story.

It all started with the Particle Accelerater explosion, and then the appearance of the now called Flash. The hero that supposedly saves the whole city. I should probably say my name, My name is Ryan Staples and I am a meta human. Anyway, getting on topic, The Flash supposedly saves the whole city but, that isn't true. He only takes down the big villains like King Shark or these new villains like Magenta or Alchemy. I don't do that. I take on the smaller criminals, like drug deals, small time murderers and rapists. By the way, if you ask I am not a hero, I'm a vigilante. You can read the rest on the bio. Good bye and I hope you like this story.
