Cain had no will you live until Ziva came along. Ziva had all the will to live until Cain came along. They can't be without each other however they were never supposed to be together.
Being the child of the mafia was always hard for Cain. He did and still has to do many things he is not proud of which led him to want to die. He had nothing keeping him going until he met the cutest nurse in some pretty pink scrubs. She is all that he wants and needs but she is not available to him like he wants her to be and he is ready to do ANYTHING to get her.
Ziva grew up in the mafia as well. However as the princess of her family, she was quite spoiled. Even after she left home to make it on her own she makes sure she ALWAYS gets what she wants. This however was much more challenging once it came to her new desire, Cain. Ziva was having her early 20's fun and living life to the fullest however without Cain, she doesn't know if she can continue on.
Will they receive the happy ending they deserve ... or ... will they die trying ?
