Until a Tarnished interrupted her sleep, saying her brother had been kidnapped, and petulantly offering to be her Blade, to fight for her. Little did the demigod know that this knight was no mere Tarnished. And that more than showing her where her brother was, he would show her a pure and sublime feeling, which transcended even the terrible and unforgivable Scarlet Rot.
