This is a semi cliché Percy Jackson betrayal fic because a lot of the other ones were pissing me off. No heat to the writers though- artistic choice and if that's what you envisioned, then you do you, boo.
But this one is purely things that I liked and didn't like- all the tropes I loved and didn't. It's for my enjoyment and mine only. If you aren't interested in it, then read something else, I guess. Also- know that Percy will kinda be all powerful, maybe it's my trauma talking, but I just really like the idea of virtually no-one being able to take him out.
ACTUAL SUMMARY:
Betrayal -> chaos -> army -> earth -> big baddie -> fight

So I got bored and decided I want a new fanfiction to write. I decided since Percy is good in my first fanfiction, why not make him bad? So I did it. Okay, so I'd just like to say that this is not well written whatsoever lol. All the grammar is correct, and there's some decent description, but it all feels very rushed if I'm honest. I tried to cram too many ideas in and yeah, it made.. whatever this is. Uh, I have some one-shots on my profile which might be better to read?... If you don't mind a fic being rushed this is probably great for you, lol, but the plot line is very higgledy piggeldy. Um, enjoy? Percy X Apollo Percy Jackson is tired. Of everything. He and Annabeth broke up after the fall into Tartarus, neither being able to look at the other the same way. Sure, they stayed friends, but that doesn't make Percy feel any better about it. Some of the gods are concerned, but Zeus is forbidding them from checking in on him, intent on leaving demigods alone despite all they've done for the Olympians. Apollo, however, is ignoring this order. He cares a little too much about Percy to watch him suffer in silence. But when a new threat arises, how will the Olympians handle it? How will the demigods handle it? This is very all over the place, but I think it turned out well in the end. (This is future me in brackets, btw, it did not turn out well lmao). In this story, Nico is overprotective of Percy (still solangelo though) as a best friend. He's forgiven Percy for the whole ordeal about Bianca and now they're pretty close, both confiding in each other about things they never thought they'd tell a soul. The ships are: Pipabeth - Piper + Annabeth Chrisse - Clarisse + Chris Solangelo - Nico + Will Valgrace (platonic) - Jason + Leo because I despise Caleo sorry lmao Perpollo - Percy + Apollo I do not own any of these characters, all rights are to Rick Riordan other than the storyline/plot.
