Aerin was born in difficult times. His specie was almost extinct due to a curse placed upon them by beast men with the help of witches. 

Everyone knew he was different, leaves and flowers growing from his body, his beauty, he was a gift from nature. His birth had given hope and his people believed in him. That's why he was hidden, shielded from the outside world, making his existence unknown.

Until one night, he escapes and has his first encounter with a beast man, completely different to the horrifying stories he'd heard about them. And a very protective one too , who has taken a strange liking to sniffing his scent whenever he can.
