What no one knows of the small South Carolina town, is that Selah is dying. Selah has a rare disease that is slowly killing her. 

Cassidy Page wants everyone around her to be happy. But, the people in the town, including Selah, don't know her home life. The abuse, the alcoholism, and the demons in her head. 2016 was supposed to be Cassidy's year, but she doesn't want to be the reason for Selah's depression or anyone for that matter.
