Buried beneath the surface of an inconspicuous state lies the small forgettable town of Hawkins.

A sleepy town.

Not many stemming stories. The paper was dull, old news. The television was static or a channel of all too ordinary presence.

Even the people weren't particularly interesting.

There was only aspect of day to day life she truly looked forward to. A boy all too out of her league, whom she'd enjoyed the company of since middle school.

Even if, in reality, he makes it a million times harder.

Bailey has her mind set on what she wants, and by God, she is determined to get it. But life has its way of putting a few obstacles between her and the destination.
