Not only was she unique, she was a part gem! a hybrid like himself!

Well, unfortunately for him, what she brings is trouble, not that she intended it, some things cannot accept and understand things they have no knowledge about.

As for y/n, she came to Beach City with her gang,, well more of cousins to know more about her gem side, her mom.
After figuring out she wasn't the only hybrid she packed her bags and and went for it.
Well also because people from the government are also looking for her and would do any means necessary to take her.
her hometown didn't know she was,, unique and had abilities, far more complicated than science itself. And now they were coming for her.

Steven looks different compared to when he was kid, but after white diamond removed his gem he began to notice that something wasn't quite right so he went to the mirror and look at whats different and to his surprise, his hair was turning pink but thats not all he noticed, his Gem...it began to rotate to that of a diamond so he did the only thing he could think of, he went to the diamonds about this, so say they were shocked was an understatement, so white diamond began to explain that maybe when she removed his gem, the gem itself began to make changes because your human half can't take the diamond powers that are showing so it maybe changing you to be a half-Diamond, steven understood that his gem was only doing what it thought was protecting him. So he just let it happen even though it was hurting when his gem was rotating but white diamond said that it might take awhile for it to rotate. So he was just walking around in pain but doesn't let it affect him and he didn't tell the gems of the new changes yet.
