Her name.

Veronica Gonzales

They say she's deadly, rude, selfless, nothing like any other person in this world.

They say she's sickening. A killing machine. She would and could kill anybody without hesitation.

They say she's a tank, invincible. Able to take on hell and only come out with a scratch.

But most of all they say she is the most beautiful creation in this world. That she is Aphrodite. A goddess that came from above.

But her beauty is the most lethal thing she possess. They say that she uses her beauty for evil not good. That she would mesmerize a man and take him too his death instead of pleasures.

But that's it.

They only say they don't really know.

There's only one person that knows the real thing. One person that knows the real person behind all that makeup. One person that gained the trust of the most secretive, quiet, misleading person you will ever know. One person that tore down the wall only to have her crumbling down with it.

And that person...

That person is me Niko Thorne.

And this is her story.

"How do you feel now, Morgan?" She says, more pointing something out than asking a question. She grabs hold of my wrists and tightens them. If I could see properly I could swear I see them turn purple. "I could beat you to the bone, right here, right now, till you die from your injuries. But, I won't. You will die. Maybe not today, maybe not in a month, but you will." Well, obviously I'm going to die. Humans don't live forever. "Wonder why?" "No, and I really don't care." She answers anyway. "Because we have the power, the people, and the weapons to do it. Face it, you're defenseless against us." I feel some blood flooding my mouth, so I, being a perfectly nice person, spit it in her face. That doesn't faze her at all. "I have the strength and intelligence, something you clearly don't have. Whatever y'all do to me, it won't break me. I will put up a hell of a fight before losing. I will fight, and I will win." I turn over and look at her fellow companions. "Even if I die doing it." "Is that a risk you're willing to take?" ____________________________________ 17 year old Morgan Peters is an average girl living life. He pinned both my hands on the wall on either side of me, caging me in. He glowered down at me, not an ounce of sympathy or remorse in his eyes. "Why don't you ever fucking listen to me?" He demanded, almost shouting, in a furious tone. He grabbed my chin, forcing me to look at him. "You're not my boss," I seethed, glaring right back at him. It didn't help that I couldn't move at all, either. He clenched his jaw. "It seems like we have a miscommunication," he said slowly. I swallowed. "I am your boss and You. Are. Mine." With that, he smashed his lips against mine.

Three years ago, he destroyed her life. Now she will hunt him down, full of vengeance. ************************************ Vixen Kent is found dead at a party she wasn't supposed to be at. Everything points to a psychotic serial killer who has terrorised Sylvan Valley for years. He has attacked the Kents before, and the remaining sisters fear they are next. The killer is still on the loose, and the police are desperate to find him. Will they find the true culprit? Will they crack the case before it's too late for yet another girl in Sylvan Valley? Everything is not what it seems... ★EXCERPTS★ ››› "I didn't come here for you to criticize me," she said coldly. "Then why are you here?" "Just to tell you to watch your back," she replied. "Huh?" I asked, confused. "I said watch your back, Luke," she repeated, "Someone's after you." ››› I pulled out a lighter and flicked it open. I watched the yellow orange fire flicker in the surrounding darkness. Tonight was going to be fun. At least for me.
