My name is Alice Liddel. I am nineteen years old and I have The Sight. I can see Faeries. Ever since I was a child, I could see things other people couldn't: small winged creatures with sharp fangs, pale slimy men and women watching me from rivers and lakes with milk-pale eyes, and creatures both grotesque and beautiful. I told my parents about them before, but they tell me that I was just dreaming or imagining things. Or just flat-out called me crazy.
My life was painfully boring otherwise, until a white rabbit steals my purse and I fall into a hole chasing after it. I fall into the land of the Fae, Wonderland, and it isn't as wonderful as its name suggests. The Fae down here are mad and vicious and malicious tricksters, and I accidentally angered the Red Queen by falling into one of her red rose bushes and destroying the blooms. So now she wants my head.
I have to escape from Wonderland somehow, all while trying (and failing) to resist the ridiculously sexy Mad Hatter's seductions. I knew better than to get involved with the Fae, any Fae, especially romantically. But I am left with no choice. I hope I can get out alive.
An Original Story by me inspired by Alice in Wonderland. I hope you enjoy😊🥰
