It's only been a short time since Lacey Williams grandfather died, leaving her his ramshackle home in a remote rural area.  The last thing she expected to find was an injured fugitive hiding in the garage.  His soft spoken manner conflicts with everything she ever heard about the Winter Soldier, Bucky Barnes. Set in the time frame after Captain America and Winter Soldier, and extending beyond Falcon and the Winter Soldier, the story chronicles the trials and tribulations of a couple linked irrevocably by their one night together.
