After the mysterious death of her daughter two years ago, the prodigious psychiatrist Elena Arjo (48)falls into a deep depression, ruining not only her marriage with Alan (48) but also almost ending her amazing career. Even though Alejandra (20) died of "natural causes" as the doctors said, Elena feels that something is off. Elena doesn't know what happened exactly. She only remembers having dinner with her in the kitchen, a quick earthquake and then everything turned black. When she woke up, she was laying down next to Alejandra's dead body. There were no signs of homicide-not caring how much Alan insisted it was her fault- and the forensic explained that Alejandra had a stroke. What they couldn't understand were the marks on her neck and back, that looked pretty much like a tattoo. 
A strange tattoo that followed a patron she had never seen before.  
With so many questions and no answers, Elena hid inside her home, determined to stay there forever. 

 Until the worst crime of the decade occurs in town and Jaqueline (47), her best friend and Head Director of the Morachs Penitentiary needed her expertise to analyze the author of such an inconceivable act.
